Seabed 2030 and the 120th Anniversary of The General Bathymetric Chart of Oceans (GEBCO)

Seabed 2030 marked the date by releasing a brand new website that makes it easy to stay up to date with Seabed 2030 news, to access their data and to really understand all the different reasons Bathymetry data matters. Seabed 2030 have also released the 2030 GEBCO grid and a stunning new map to celebrate the 120th anniversary of GEBCO ! GEBCO aims to provide the most authoritative publicly-available bathymetry of the world's oceans, while also providing forums for the global community to engage through their series of events. GEBCO’s next event is Map the Gaps Symposium & Crowdsourced Bathymetry Industry Day 7-8 November 2023 in Monaco. This hybrid event will be in person and livestreamed and registration opens 1 July.
